What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, company, production details, budget range, timeline and message. When you message us through the chat button, the conversation continues in WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and work with you on your production or booking. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Services that help us

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data only to deliver their service. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any work that follows, and for our normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Write to hello@filmfactory.ae.
